Grilled Marinated Flank Steak

Ingredients
  Lean flank steak 1 1⁄2 Pound (1 Steak)
  Water 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Dry red wine 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Low salt soy sauce 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Lemon juice 3 Tablespoon
  Vegetable oil 1 Tablespoon
  Dried oregano 1 Teaspoon
  Cracked pepper 1 Teaspoon
  Dry mustard 1 Teaspoon
  Honey 2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), crushed
Directions

1. Trim fat from steak. Combine steak and remaining ingredients in a large zip-top plastic bag; seal bag. Refrigerate 8 hours, turning bag occasionally.
2. Prepare grill. Remove steak from bag, and discard marinade.
3. Place steak on grill rack; cover and grill 7 minutes on each side or until desired degree of done-ness. Slice steak diagonally across grain into thin slices.
