Classic Flank Steak Roll Up

Ingredients
  Beef flank steak 2 Pound
  Butter/Margarine 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Onion 1 Medium, finely chopped
  Finely chopped celery 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Dried bread cubes 2 Cup (32 tbs), lightly crushed
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Poultry seasoning 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Beef bouillon/1 teaspoon instant bouillon dissolved in 1 cup hot water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Worcestershire sauce 2 Teaspoon
Directions

Using a crosswise stroke of knife, cut the flank steak in half.
Score on both sides by slashing lightly in criss-cross pattern.
Set aside.
Combine butter, onion and celery in 1 quart measure.
MICROWAVE 4 to 5 MINUTES on HIGH, oruntil onions are transparent.
Add crushed bread cubes, salt and poultry seasoning, toss lightly.
Spread half of stuffing across center of each flank steak.
Fold short sides over stuffing.
Secure with string or wooden picks.
Place rolls in (8 x 8-inch) baking dish, seam side down.
Mix together bouillon and Worcestershire sauce.
Pour over flank steak.
Cover with plastic wrap.
MICROWAVE 30 to 35 MINUTES on '6', or until fork tender, turning rolls over after 15 minutes.
Let stand 10 minutes, covered.
For ovens without solid state heat control, MICROWAVE 35 to 42 MINUTES on 5
