Flank Steak In Mustard Marinade
|Flank steaks||2 Pound (2 Steaks, 1 Pound Each)|
|Salad oil/Olive oil||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Dry white wine||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|White wine vinegar||4 Tablespoon|
|Green onions/Scallions||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Garlic||2 Clove (10 gm), peeled and crushed|
|Dijon mustard||2 Tablespoon (Grey Poupon Is Fine)|
|Black pepper||To Taste|
Prepare the marinade and soak the steaks in it for 1 hour.
Place the steaks on a broiler rack and broil under the highest heat possible for 6 minutes on each side, or until the meat begins to brown.
You want the inside to be moist and a bit red.
Slice the meat across the grain and serve hot.
Salt and pepper to taste.
Serve with Rice and Peas and Cauliflower Salad.
