Gypsy Round Steak

Ingredients
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), crushed
  Beef round steak 1 1⁄2 Pound (1/2 Inch Thick)
  Cooking oil 2 Tablespoon
  Onion 1 Large, sliced to make 1 cup
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Cayenne pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Sesame seed 2 Teaspoon
  Sliced celery 1 Cup (16 tbs) (1/2 Inch Slices)
  Sliced carrots 1 Cup (16 tbs) (1/2 Inch Slices)
  Potatoes 3 Medium, peeled and quartered
  Pimiento stuffed green olives 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs), halved
  Cornstarch 1 Teaspoon
Directions

Pound round steak to 1/4-inch thickness; cut into 6 pieces.
In skillet brown the steak in hot oil. (Electric skillet 350°.)
Remove meat.
In same skillet cook onion and garlic till tender.
Stir in seasonings and 1 teaspoon sesame seed.
Return meat to skillet.
Add 1/2 cup water.
Cover; reduce heat (220°).
Simmer 30 minutes.
Add vegetables and 1/2 cup water.
Cover; simmer till vegetables are done, 30 minutes.
Add olives; heat.
Combine cornstarch and 1 teaspoon cold water; add to skillet.
Cook and stir till bubbly.
Top with sesame.
