Baked Vegetable And Steak
|Flank steak||1 Large|
|Tomatoes||2 Large, quartered|
|Green pepper||1 , sliced into thin rings|
|Bermuda onion||1 Large, sliced into thin rings|
|Whole button mushrooms||4 Ounce, drained (1 Can)|
|Butter||2 Tablespoon, cut into pieces (1/4 Stick)|
|Chili sauce||3 Tablespoon|
|Worcestershire sauce||1 Tablespoon|
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Place steak in shallow baking pan.
Cover with tomatoes, green pepper, onion and mushrooms and dot with butter.
Combine remaining ingredients and pour over top.
Bake uncovered until tender, about 45 minutes.
Thinly slice across grain to serve.
