Ginger Pepper Steak

  Corn oil/Safflower oil 1 Tablespoon
  Round steak 1 Pound, cut into strips
  Tomatoes 3 Medium, peeled, seeded and cored
  Green bell peppers 2 , cut into strips
  Fresh mushrooms 1 Cup (16 tbs), sliced
  Onion 1 Medium, sliced
  Lite soy sauce 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Ginger 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Granulated sugar 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  All purpose flour 2 Tablespoon

In a large skillet heat oil over medium heat.
Add steak.
Saute until brown.
Add tomatoes, green peppers, mushrooms and onion.
Stir in soy sauce, salt, ginger, sugar and pepper; cover.
Simmer for 30 minutes.
In a small bowl blend a small amount of pan juices with flour.
Stir into skillet.
Cook until thickened, stirring constantly.
Serve over rice.
