Seared Steak With Mustard Salad Dressing

Ingredients
For the steak:
  Rib eye/Scotch fillet 300 Gram
  Pepper To Taste
  Garlic salt To Taste
  Extra virgin olive oil 2 Tablespoon
For the salad:
  Chopped cabbage 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Cucumber 1⁄2 , slice
For the dressing:
  White vinegar 1 Tablespoon
  Olive oil 2 Tablespoon
  Mustard 1 Tablespoon
  Honey 1 Tablespoon
  Salt and pepper To Taste
Directions

MAKING:
For the steak:
1)In a frying pan heat the olive oil on medium heat.
2)While the oil is heating apply the seasonings which are pepper, and garlic salt and use your hands to rub in the seasonings into the meat.
3)Let this cook till the meat is cooked well done or medium rare according to your taste and preferences.

For the salad:
4)In a plate arrange the cabbage with the cucumbers on top and set aside.

For the dressing:
5)In a bowl add the mustard sauce, olive oil, white whine vinegar, honey and salt and pepper if you so desire and mix well.

SERVING:
6)Serve the steak on the platter a side of salad and some dressing on top and enjoy!
