Whiskey Marinated Barbecued Jack Steak

The recipe for Jack Steak and Whiskey Marinade shows the process of cooking a tender and moist steak, which was marinated in whiskey.A simple and quick way to prepare an excellent dinner for you and your guests.
Ingredients
  Steak 1
  Garlic 1 Teaspoon
  Lemon 1⁄2 , freshly squeezed juice
  Brown sugar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Vegetable oil 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Soya sauce 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Worcestershire sauce 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Whiskey 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

1) In a bowl, add whiskey, soya sauce, worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, vegetable oil, garlic and lemon juice. Combine all together.
2) In a plastic zip-lock bag place the steak and pour the marinade all over. Lock the zip and put the packet in the refrigerator for about an hour or two.
3) Place the steak over direct heat to sear both the sides and cook to your desired doneness.
4) Garnish with sauteed onions and serve with toasts on side.
