Savory Stuffed Flank Steak
|Flank steak||1 1⁄4 Pound|
|Chopped celery||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Chopped onion||2 Tablespoon|
|Soft bread cubes||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Beef bouillon cube||1 (1 Beef Flavor Bouillon Cube)|
|Boiling water||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Worcestershire sauce||2 Teaspoon|
Score one side of steak with diamond pattern.
In 4-cup glass measure, combine celery, onion and butter; heat at high2 minutes.
Into melted butter add bread, salt and sage; stir well.
Spread stuffing on unscored side of steak, roll-up jelly-roll fashion starting at narrow end; secure with wooden toothpicks.
Place seam side down in square baking dish.
Dissolve bouillon cube in water with Worcestershire sauce; pour over meat.
