Steak Supper In A Foil Package's picture
  Chuck steak 1 1⁄2 Pound (1" Thick)
  Canned cream of celery soup/Canned cream of mushroom soup 10 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Can)
  Onion soup mix envelope 1 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Envelope Dehydrated Soup Mix)
  Carrots 3 Medium, quartered
  Celery stalks 2 , cut into 2" lengths
  Potatoes 3 Medium, pared and quartered
  Water 2 Tablespoon

Heat oven to 450°.
Tear off 2 feet of heavy-duty aluminum foil, 18" wide; lay in baking pan.
Place meat in center.
Mix mushroom soup and onion soup mix; spread over meat.
Top with vegetables.
Sprinkle vegetables with water.
Fold foil over and seal securely to hold in juices.
Bake 1 1/2 hr., or until meat is tender.
