Boneless Pepper Steak
|Boneless steak||1 Pound, cut into thin strips|
|Soy sauce||2 Tablespoon|
|Ground ginger||1 Dash|
|Green peppers||2 Medium, cut in to chunks|
|Onions||2 Medium, sliced|
|Beef broth||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
In oblong baking dish, heat oil at medium-high2 minutes.
Add steak, soy sauce and ginger.
Heat at medium-high5 to 6 minutes; stir once.
Season with salt and stir in peppers and onions.
Heat, covered with plastic wrap, at medium-high3 to 3 1/2 minutes, or until vegetables are crisp-tender.
