Cubed Steaks & Brussels Sprouts Plate

Ingredients
  Steaks 4 , cubed
  Onion soup mix envelope 2 Ounce
  Frozen brussels sprouts 10 Ounce (1 Package)
Directions

Coat cubed steaks with onion soup mix.
Place in 12x8-in dish leaving center clear.
Arrange frozen Brussels sprouts in center of dish.
Cover Brussels sprouts only with plastic wrap.
Microwave at High 3 minutes.
Reduce power to 50% (Medium).
Microwave 8 minutes.
Turn and rearrange steaks.
Microwave 8 to 12 minutes, or until meat loses pink color and vegetables are tender-crisp.
