King"S"ford Competition Briquette Test on T-Bone Steaks

Ingredients
  T bone steaks 2 Pound
  Olive oil 2 Tablespoon (For greasing)
  Greek seasoning 2 Tablespoon
Directions

GETTING READY
1. Prepare the grill.
2. Marinate the t- bone steak with some olive oil and greek seasoning.

MAKING
3. Once done place the steak on the grill and grill for 15 minutes grill on both sides, flipping them once in a while.
4. Grill the steak to medium.
5. Once done let it rest for 10 minutes.

SERVING
6. Serve the t- bone steak hot along with mash potatoes.
