Chilli And Honey Steaks
|Boneless beef sirloin steak||3 1⁄4 Kilogram (4 In Number, 800 Grams Each)|
|Lime juice||80 Milliliter (1/4 Cup)|
|Olive oil||60 Milliliter (1/4 Cup)|
|Dried red chili flakes||1 Teaspoon|
|Garlic||2 Clove (10 gm), crushed|
1. Combine steaks and marinade in large bowl. Cover; refrigerate 3 hours or overnight.
2. Remove steaks from marinade; discard marinade. Cook steaks on heated oiled grill plate (or grill or barbecue) until cooked as desired.
3. Serve with steamed Chinese vegetables, if desired.
