Chilli And Honey Steaks

Ingredients
  Boneless beef sirloin steak 3 1⁄4 Kilogram (4 In Number, 800 Grams Each)
For marinade
  Lime juice 80 Milliliter (1/4 Cup)
  Olive oil 60 Milliliter (1/4 Cup)
  Honey 2 Tablespoon
  Dried red chili flakes 1 Teaspoon
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), crushed
Directions

1. Combine steaks and marinade in large bowl. Cover; refrigerate 3 hours or overnight.
2. Remove steaks from marinade; discard marinade. Cook steaks on heated oiled grill plate (or grill or barbecue) until cooked as desired.
3. Serve with steamed Chinese vegetables, if desired.
