Savory Minute Steak
|Beef cube steaks||8 Ounce|
|Canned sliced mushrooms||2 1⁄2 Ounce, drained (1 Jar, 2 1/2 Ounce)|
|Crumbled blue cheese||2 Tablespoon|
|Thinly sliced green onion with tops||2 Tablespoon|
|Lemon juice||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
Sprinkle both sides of beef cubed steaks with salt and pepper.
Place beef in 8 x 8 x 2-inch dish; top with mushrooms.
Cover with waxed paper and microwave on high (100%) until beef is tender and no longer pink, 4 to 6 minutes.
Mix remaining ingredients; sprinkle over beef.
Microwave uncovered until cheese is melted, 45 to 60 seconds
