Peppered Lamb Steaks
|Lamb steaks||4 (Cut 1/2 -Inch Thick)|
|Unseasoned meat tenderizer||1 Tablespoon|
|Seasoned salt||To Taste|
1. Moisten steaks and sprinkle with meat tenderizer; sprinkle lightly with the seasoned salt.
2. Put the peppercorns in a plastic bag; crush with a rolling pin. Press onto each side of steaks. Place steaks on the grill about 6 inches above hot coals.
3. Grill 6 minutes; turn; grill 6 minutes longer for medium or until the meat is done as you like lamb.
