Ingredients
  Rib eye steak 1 Pound
  Coffee beans 1 Tablespoon, ground (fresh)
  Kosher salt 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Brown sugar 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Black pepper 1 Teaspoon
  Garlic 1 Teaspoon, chopped finely
  Cayenne peper 1 Dash
Directions

MAKING
1. In a bowl, combine all the spices and whisk well.
2. On the steak, rub the spice mix and put it in the fridge for 10 minutes.
3. Grill it on 300* Temperature. Cook until tender.

SERVING
4. Serve it with desired dip.
