Pan Fry Steak

  Frying steak 1 1⁄2 Pound (650 Gram)
  Oil 15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)
  Gherkins 8
  Canned tomato and onion cook in sauce 13 1⁄4 Ounce (376 Gram, Homepride)
  Soured cream 45 Milliliter (For Garnish, 3 Tablespoon)
  Chopped parsley 30 Milliliter (For Garnish, 2 Tablespoon)

Cut the steak into 2.5 cm/1 inch strips.
Heat the oil gently in a shallow pan and lightly brown the meat.
Drain off the excess fat.
Slice the gherkins and add them to the pan with the Tomato and Onion Cook-in-Sauce.
Bring to the boil, stirring constantly.
Cover and simmer for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Serve hot, garnished with swirls of soured cream and chopped parsley.
