Pan Fry Steak
|Frying steak||1 1⁄2 Pound (650 Gram)|
|Oil||15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)|
|Canned tomato and onion cook in sauce||13 1⁄4 Ounce (376 Gram, Homepride)|
|Soured cream||45 Milliliter (For Garnish, 3 Tablespoon)|
|Chopped parsley||30 Milliliter (For Garnish, 2 Tablespoon)|
Cut the steak into 2.5 cm/1 inch strips.
Heat the oil gently in a shallow pan and lightly brown the meat.
Drain off the excess fat.
Slice the gherkins and add them to the pan with the Tomato and Onion Cook-in-Sauce.
Bring to the boil, stirring constantly.
Cover and simmer for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Serve hot, garnished with swirls of soured cream and chopped parsley.
