Mushroom Steak And Onions
|Beef round steak||2 Pound, cut into pieces|
|Condensed cream of mushroom soup||10 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Water||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Cocktail onions||3 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Jar)|
|Snipped parsley||1 Tablespoon|
In skillet, brown meat slowly on both sides in hot shortening.
Drain off excess fat.
Combine soup, water, and onions with liquid; pour over meat.
Simmer, covered, for 1 1/2 hours or till tender.
Sprinkle with parsley.
