|Beef cubed steaks||1 Pound (4 Pieces)|
|Lemon pepper||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Canned sliced mushrooms||4 Ounce, drained (1 Can)|
|Chopped green bell pepper||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Onion||1 Small, chopped to make 1/4 cup|
|Dry white wine/Red wine||2 Tablespoon|
1. Arrange beef steaks in square dish, 8 x 8 x 2 inches. Sprinkle with salt and lemon pepper. Top with mushrooms, bell pepper and onion; drizzle with wine.
2. Cover with waxed paper and microwave on high 9 to 10 minutes, rotating dish 1/2 turn after 5 minutes, until beef is tender and no longer pink. Let stand covered 5 minutes. Serve with hot cooked rice, noodles or potatoes if desired.
