Gourmet Grilled Steak

Ingredients
  Boneless beef top round steak 2 Pound (About 1 1/4 Inches Thick)
  Dry red wine/Beef broth 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Vegetable oil 2 Tablespoon
  Worcestershire sauce 1 Tablespoon
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), crushed
  Fresh mushrooms 8 Ounce, sliced
  Green onions with tops 4 , diagonally sliced
  Sliced ripe olives 2 1⁄4 Ounce, drained
Directions

1. Trim fat from beef steak. Pierce beef several times on both sides with fork. Place beef in rectangular dish, 11 x 7 x 1 1/2 inches. Mix wine, oil, Worcestershire sauce and garlic; pour over beef. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour, turning beef over occasionally.
2. Prepare charcoal fire for grilling. Just before grilling, cover beef and marinade tightly and microwave on high 4 minutes.
3. Place beef, 5 to 6 inches from medium coals, on grill; reserve marinade. Cover and grill beef 7 to 8 minutes, turning beef over after 4 minutes, until desired doneness.
4. Place 1/4 cup of the reserved marinade, the mushrooms, onions and olives in 4-cup measure. Cover tightly and microwave on high 4 to 6 minutes, stirring after 3 minutes, until boiling. Serve with beef.
