|Instant non seasoned meat tenderizer||1|
Sprinkle all sides of steak evenly with tenderizer, using about 1/2 teaspoon per pound.
Do not use additional salt.
To insure penetration pierce all sides deeply at 1/2 inch intervals with a long-tined fork.
Combine equal amounts of kitchen bouquet and butter or margarine; heat and stir to blend; brush generously over steak.
Broil on grill over coals about 12 minutes; turn and broil 10 to 15 minutes longer or till the way you like it.
Slice steak diagonally, across the grain.
