Charcoaled Trout Steaks
|Lake trout steak||6 (use northern, young muskie or salmon, 1 inch thick)|
|Butter/Margarine||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs), melted|
Brush fish with melted butter and place in an oiled wire broiler basket.
Broil over hot coals about 2 inches from heat for 5 minutes.
Turn, brush with melted butter and broil 5 minutes longer or till fish flakes.
Season with salt and pepper.
