Ingredients
  Flank steak 1 1⁄2 Pound
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper 1
Directions

Have meat at refrigerator temperature.
With a sharp knife, remove tough membrane from surface of meat.
Broil about 5 minutes on each side, and season to taste with salt and pepper.
To serve, hold a sharp knife at an angle almost flat to the top of the mea
