Ginger Garlic Marinated Flank Steak
|Flank steak||1 Pound (500 gram, 1 piece)|
|Italian herb marinade/Ginger garlic marinade||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
Lightly score (cut) beef about 1/8-in/3 mm deep in diagonal slashes.
Place in shallow dish.
Pour marinade over; cover and refrigerate for at least 2, or up to 48 hours, turning meat once or twice.
Remove meat from marinade and broil or grill for 4 to 5 minutes on each side or until desired doneness.
Cut diagonally across the grain into thin slices.
Serve hot or cold.
