This veal steak recipe is my favorite. I am a professional chef and my friends really enjoy the dish I cook. Whenever there is a gathering of my friends at my home, most of the time they ask me to cook this delicious veal steak. You should try this veal steak recipe.
Ingredients
  Veal round steak 4 Pound, cut 1/2 inch thick
  Round steak 4 Pound
  Eggs 2 Small, beaten
  Salt 2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Paprika 2 Teaspoon
  Dry bread crumbs 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  Mushrooms 2 Can (20 oz)
  Water 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  Beef bouillon 2 (cube)
  Beef 2
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), minced
  Sour cream 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Capers 4 Tablespoon
Directions

Step1-Cut veal into 12 slices.
Step2-Mix egg, salt, pepper and paprika.
Step3-Dip veal in beaten egg and then bread crumbs. Brown.
Step4- Add other ingredients except sour cream and capers which are added after cooking veal slowly for 55 minutes.
