Hoisin Barbecued Flank Steak

Ingredients
  Hoisin sauce 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Vegetable oil 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Rice wine vinegar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Dry sherry 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Soy sauce 2 Tablespoon
  Honey 2 Tablespoon
  Grated fresh ginger 2 Tablespoon
  Sesame oil 1 Teaspoon
  Green onion 1 , finely chopped (White And Green Parts)
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), crushed
  Crushed red pepper flakes 1 Teaspoon
  Flank steak 1 Pound
Directions

In large baking dish, combine all ingredients except steak.
Add steak, cover, and refrigerate at least 8 hours, turning occasionally.
Season grill grates; preheat on HI for 5 minutes.
Grill steak, brushing often with the marinade, for 10 to 17 minutes or until medium-rare.
Turn halfway through cooking time.
Set steak aside for 5 minutes before cutting into thin diagonal slices.
