Cubed Steaks With Mushroom Sauce
|Cornstarch/Null||1 Tablespoon (Null)|
|Instant beef bouillon/Null||1 Tablespoon (Null)|
|Dry white wine/Red wine||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (Null)|
|Canned sliced mushrooms in juice/Null||8 Ounce (2 Cans, 4 Ounce Each)|
|Worcestershire sauce/Null||1 Teaspoon (Null)|
|Salt/Null||1⁄2 Teaspoon (Null)|
|Pepper/Null||1⁄4 Teaspoon (Null)|
|Beef "cubed" steaks/Null||16 Ounce (4 Large Ones, 4 Ounce Each)|
1. Place cornstarch in a small bowl. Gradually add the wine, stirring to make a smooth paste. Stir in the remaining ingredients, except steaks.
2. Lay steaks in an 8-inch square baking dish. Pour mushroom mixture over them. Cover. Microwave at Time Cook (power level 10) for 8 to 10 minutes, or until steaks are done, rotating the dish 1/2 turn after 5 minutes. Let stand, covered, 5 minutes before serving.
