Fillet Mignon Steak Diane
|Mushrooms||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), sliced|
|Minced onion||2 Tablespoon|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), crushed|
|Lemon juice||1 Teaspoon|
|Worcestershire sauce||1 Teaspoon|
|Butter/Margarine||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Snipped parsley||2 Tablespoon|
|Beef tenderloin||1 Pound, cut in 8|
Cook and stir mushrooms, onion, garlic, salt, lemon juice and Worcestershire sauce in 1/4 cup butter until mushrooms are tender.
Stir in parsley; keep sauce warm.
Melt 2 tablespoons butter in skillet; turning once, cook tenderloin slices over medium-high heat to medium doneness, about 3 to 4 minutes on each side
