Steak Supper In A Foil Package
|Chuck steak||1 1⁄2 Pound (1 Inch Thick)|
|Condensed cream of mushroom soup||10 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Onion soup mix||1 (1 Envelope)|
|Carrots||3 Medium, quartered|
|Celery stalks||2 , cut into 2-inch pieces|
|Potatoes||3 Medium, pared and quartered|
Heat oven to 450°.
Place 24x18-inch piece of heavy-duty aluminum foil in baking pan; place meat on foil.
Stir together mushroom soup and onion soup mix; spread over meat.
Top with vegetables; sprinkle water over vegetables.
Fold foil over and seal securely.
Cook 1 1/2 hours or until tender
