Marinated Steaks

  Rib eye steak 1 1⁄4 Pound (625 Gram Scotch Fillet)
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm)
  Soy sauce 1 Tablespoon
  Brown sugar 1 Tablespoon
  Oil 2 Teaspoon
  Butter 1 Ounce (30 Gram)
  Oil 2 Tablespoon

Cut fillet into eight steaks.
With the side of a meat mallet or rolling pin, pound each steak out as thinly as possible.
Combine crushed garlic, soy sauce, brown sugar and oil in a bowl, mix until sugar has dissolved.
Brush each piece of steak on both sides with prepared marinade.
Stand at least 30 minutes.
Heat butter and extra oil in large pan, add steaks.
Cook quickly on both sides until golden brown, turning once only during cooking.
