|Garlic||4 Clove (20 gm), crushed|
|Hot pepper sauce||16 Drop|
|German mustard||4 Tablespoon|
Rub both sides of the steaks with crushed garlic.
Sprinkle a couple of drops of hot pepper sauce on both sides of each.
Then spread mustard evenly on both sides of each steak.
Barbecue steaks over hot coals for 30 seconds on each side (for medium-rare).
Season to taste.
