|Meat tenderizer||1 Tablespoon|
|All purpose flour||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Celery salt||1 Teaspoon|
|Onions||2 , sliced|
|Chopped green pepper||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Canned tomatoes||19 Ounce (1 Can / 2 1/3 Cups)|
|Hot pepper sauce||1 Dash|
Use meat tenderizer according to manufacturer's directions.
Mix flour with seasonings and use to dredge meat.
Heat fat in skillet and brown meat on both sides.
Cover steak with onion, green pepper, and tomatoes.
Add a dash of hot pepper sauce.
Roast in preheated slow oven (300°F.) for 2 hours, or until tender.
