Ingredients
  Minute steaks 4
  Onions 3⁄4 Pound
  Butter 1 Tablespoon
  Red wine 8 Ounce (2 Wine Glasses)
  Salt To Taste
  Black pepper To Taste
  Single light cream 1⁄4 Pint (1/2 Cup)
  Cornflour 1 Teaspoon (Cornstarch)
  Stock 2 Tablespoon
Directions

Heat a little butter in the pan and when it is foaming put in the steaks and cook them quickly allowing 1-1 1/2 minutes if required rare and 2-3 minutes if medium rare.
