Florentine Steak

Ingredients
  Beef loin porterhouse steak 2 Pound, cut 1 1/2 inches thick
  Pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt To Taste
  Olive oil 1 Tablespoon
  Lemon wedges 4
Directions

Slash fat edge of steak at 1 -inch intervals to keep steak flat on grill.
Sprinkle pepper on both sides of steak.
Grill over medium-hot coals (or broil 4 inches from heat) till desired done-ness, turning once.
Allow 18 to 20 minutes total cooking time for rare; 20 to 25 minutes for medium.
Season to taste with salt.
Drizzle steak with olive oil.
Slice across grain; serve with lemon wedges.
