Bleu Cheese Topped Lamb Steaks

Ingredients
  Lamb shoulder steaks 2 Pound, trim off fat (About 4 In Number, 1/4 Inch Thick)
  Crumbled bleu cheese 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Green onions 2 , chopped
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

1. Place steaks in 2-quart (12x7) glass baking dish.
