Taj Mahal Steak

Ingredients
  Filet mignon 4 (1 Inch Size)
  Salt To Taste
For marinade
  Plain yogurt 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Vegetable oil 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Limes/Lemons 2 (Use Finely Grated Zest)
  Limes/Lemons 2 , juiced
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), crushed
  Ground cumin 2 Teaspoon
  Ground cardamom 1 Teaspoon
  Cayenne pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

Place steaks in a shallow glass or ceramic dish.
Mix together all marinade ingredients and pour over meat.
Leave for 3 to 4 hours, turning occasionally.
Remove steaks from dish, reserving the marinade.
Place meat on grill over hot coals and cook for about 6 to 8 minutes on each side (rare to medium-rare).
Baste often with the marinade.
Add salt to taste.
