Lime Marinated Flank Steak
|White wine vinegar||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Chopped fresh cilantro||2 Tablespoon|
|Vegetable oil||1 Tablespoon|
|Chopped jalapeno pepper||2 Teaspoon|
|Fresh lime juice||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Garlic||2 Clove (10 gm), minced / pressed|
|Black pepper||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Flank steak||1 1⁄2 Pound|
1. Combine vinegar and next 7 ingredients in a large zip-top plastic bag; shake to combine. Add steak to bag and marinate in refrigerator at least 8 hours, turning bag occasionally.
2. Prepare grill.
3. Remove steak from bag; discard marinade. Place steak on grill rack coated with cooking spray; grill 6 to 8 minutes on each side or to desired degree of doneness. Let stand 5 minutes.
