  Onion 1 Small
  Butter 2 Ounce (1/4 Cup)
  Steak slices 4 (Very Thin Slices Of Good Quality, Sirloin / Rump)
  Worcestershire sauce 1 Tablespoon
  Brandy 2 Tablespoon
  Chopped parsley 1 Tablespoon

Peel and chop the onion very finely.
Heat the butter in the chafing dish, add the onion and cook for 1-2 minutes.
Put the steaks into the pan and fry on both sides.
If the steaks are really thin, they will only take a few minutes to cook.
