Belmont Patty Steaks

  Ground beef 1 1⁄2 Pound
  Finely chopped green pepper 2 Tablespoon
  Finely cut chives 2 Tablespoon
  Finely chopped parsley 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Paprika 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Flour 2 Tablespoon
  Vegetable oil 1 Tablespoon
  Butter/Margarine 4 Tablespoon (1/2 Stick)
  Chili sauce 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Orange juice 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Sugar 1 Teaspoon
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Prepared mustard 1 Teaspoon
  Red pepper seasoning 5 Drop

1. Mix ground beef lightly with green pepper, chives, parsley, salt, paprika and pepper until well blended; shape into 4 patties about 1 inch thick. Dust with flour, then brush each with vegetable oil.
2. Broil, 4 inches from heat, about 6 minutes on each side for medium or until meat is done as you like it.
3. While meat cooks, melt butter or margarine in a small saucepan; stir in remaining ingredients; heat just to boil.
4. Place meat patties on a heated serving platter; pour hot sauce over.
