|Barbecue sauce/Catsup||2 Tablespoon|
|Lemon juice||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Soy sauce||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Powdered thyme||1⁄8 Teaspoon|
|Round steak||2 Pound, cut into serving pieces|
|Water||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Orange||1⁄2 , sliced|
In 2-quart (12 x 7) baking dish, combine onion, barbecue sauce, lemon juice, soy sauce and thyme.
Add meat, dipping in sauce and turning sauce side up.
Marinate 1 hour, turning once.
Cook uncovered, 10 minutes.
Add water and cook, covered with wax paper, 30 minutes, turning once.
Remove meat to serving platter.
Mix cornstarch with 1 tablespoon water; stir into juices.
Return to oven and bring to boil (2 min.).
Add orange slices and pour over meat.
