Grilled Steak With Hot Sweet Onions
|Onions||3 Large, cut into 1/4 inch thick slices|
|Dry mustard||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Beef steaks||32 Ounce, cut 1 inch thick (4 Pieces, 8 Ounce Each, T Bone / Porterhouse)|
Arrange sliced onions on large square of heavy-duty foil.
In small bowl, combine honey and mustard; drizzle over onions.
Sprinkle with salt, paprika and pepper.
Fold foil loosely around onions and seal edges tightly.
Grill packet, on covered grill, over medium-hot with Mesquite charcoal briquets 20 minutes or until onions are tender; turn once.
Slash any fat around edge of steaks every 4 inches.
About 5 minutes after onions start to grill, place steaks on grill with onion packet.
Grill 8 to 10 minutes on each side for medium-rare or to desired doneness.
