Steak With Broccoli
|Sherry||30 Milliliter (2 Tablespoon)|
|Soy sauce||30 Milliliter (2 Tablespoon)|
|Condensed beef broth||1 Can (10 oz) (284 Milliliter)|
|Boneless sirloin||500 Gram, trimmed and cubed|
|Oil||15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)|
|Onion||1 , sliced|
|Broccoli||500 Gram (Cut In 1 Inch Pieces)|
|Broccoli||500 Gram, cut in 1 inch pieces|
|Cornstarch||15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)|
Combine first 3 ingredients.
Marinate beef in mixture for 15 minutes or longer.
Drain meat; reserve marinade; heat oil in wok or nonstick pan.
Stir-fry beef and onion over high heat until brown.
Remove from pan.
Add broccoli; stir-fry for 2 minutes.
Mix marinade with cornstarch; add to wok.
Cook and stir until sauce thickens and broccoli is tender-crisp.
Add meat and onion.
Cook only until warmed through.
Add ginger and pepper.
Beef should be slightly rare and onion still crisp.
