Steak With Broccoli

Ingredients
  Sherry 30 Milliliter (2 Tablespoon)
  Soy sauce 30 Milliliter (2 Tablespoon)
  Condensed beef broth 1 Can (10 oz) (284 Milliliter)
  Boneless sirloin 500 Gram, trimmed and cubed
  Oil 15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)
  Onion 1 , sliced
  Broccoli 500 Gram (Cut In 1 Inch Pieces)
  Broccoli 500 Gram, cut in 1 inch pieces
  Cornstarch 15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)
  Ginger 1 Pinch
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Combine first 3 ingredients.
Marinate beef in mixture for 15 minutes or longer.
Drain meat; reserve marinade; heat oil in wok or nonstick pan.
Stir-fry beef and onion over high heat until brown.
Remove from pan.
Add broccoli; stir-fry for 2 minutes.
Mix marinade with cornstarch; add to wok.
Cook and stir until sauce thickens and broccoli is tender-crisp.
Add meat and onion.
Cook only until warmed through.
Add ginger and pepper.
Beef should be slightly rare and onion still crisp.
