|Round steak||1 Pound (1/2 Inch Thick)|
|Condensed cream of celery soup||10 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Water||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Garlic clove||1 Large, minced|
|Sliced onion||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Tomato||1 Medium, cut into wedges|
Pound steak; cut into serving-size pieces.
In skillet, brown steak in shortening; pour off fat.
Add soup, water, Worcestershire, and garlic.
Cover; cook over low heat 1 hour.
Stir now and then.
Cook 30 minutes more or until tender.
Add tomato wedges; heat.
