Grilled Flank Steak On Lettuce

Ingredients
  Flank steak 1 Pound
  Peanut oil 2 Tablespoon
  Minced garlic 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Ground cumin 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Onion 1 Large, thinly sliced
  Red bell peppers 2 , seeded, sliced
  Lime juice 6 Tablespoon (Juice Of 2 Limes)
  Hot pepper flakes 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Cucumbers 2 , peeled and thinly sliced
  Minced cilantro 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Lettuce leaves 4 Large
Directions

Cut flank steak into 1-inch strips, against the grain.
Preheat stovetop grill over medium-high heat.
Brush grill surface lightly with peanut oil.
Sprinkle steak with garlic and cumin.
Grill about 6 minutes, turning 2 or 3 times as needed.
Meat will be browned on outside and medium-well on inside.
Toss meat with remaining ingredients.
Place 1 lettuce leaf on each plate.
Divide salad and spoon onto lettuce leaves.
