In saucepan melt butter or margarine; stir in Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, snipped parsley, celery salt, and garlic.
Brush butter mixture on both sides of steaks.
Place the steaks in wire grill basket.
Grill over hot coals for 1 to 2 minutes.
Turn basket over and grill for 1 to 2 minutes more.
Season steaks with salt and pepper.
Place each steak atop a slice of toasted bread.
Spoon remaining butter mixture over steaks.
