Golden Glazed Flank Steak
|Onion soup mix/Onion mushroom soup mix||1 1⁄4 Ounce (1 Envelope Lipton Recipe Secrets)|
|Apricot preserves/Peach preserves||12 Ounce (1 Jar)|
|Water||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Flank steak||1 , cut into thin strips|
|Bell peppers||2 Medium, sliced (Green, Red / Yellow / Both)|
|Hot cooked rice||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
In small bowl, combine onion soup mix, preserves and water; set aside.
On broiling pan, arrange steak and peppers; top with soup mixture.
Broil, turning once, until steak is done.
