Golden Glazed Flank Steak

Ingredients
  Onion soup mix/Onion mushroom soup mix 1 1⁄4 Ounce (1 Envelope Lipton Recipe Secrets)
  Apricot preserves/Peach preserves 12 Ounce (1 Jar)
  Water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Flank steak 1 , cut into thin strips
  Bell peppers 2 Medium, sliced (Green, Red / Yellow / Both)
  Hot cooked rice 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Directions

In small bowl, combine onion soup mix, preserves and water; set aside.
On broiling pan, arrange steak and peppers; top with soup mixture.
Broil, turning once, until steak is done.
