Lamb Steaks With Sweet Marinade

Ingredients
  Maple syrup 30 Milliliter (2 Tablespoon)
  Wine vinegar 30 Milliliter (2 Tablespoon)
  Chopped parsley 1 Teaspoon (5 Milliliter)
  Aniseed 1⁄4 Teaspoon (1 Milliliter)
  Celery seed 1⁄4 Teaspoon (1 Milliliter)
  Marjoram 1⁄4 Teaspoon (1 Milliliter)
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), smashed and chopped
  Orange 1 , juiced
  Lamb steaks 4 (From Leg, 1/2 Inch Thick)
  Oil 30 Milliliter (2 Tablespoon)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Preheat barbecue at HIGH.
Mix marinade ingredients together; pour over lamb and marinate 2 hours in refrigerator.
Place lamb steaks on hot grill and brush with oil.
Cook 10 to 12 minutes depending on taste.
Turn 3 times, season well and baste occasionally with leftover marinade.
