Sirloin Steak with Sage and Parmesan Butter

An outrageously delicious steak that you'd pay $48 for in a overpriced restaurant. Sizzling hot and dripping with Sage-Garlic-Parmesan butter.
  Steaks 4 (Any Cut)
  Coarse ground black pepper To Taste
  Coarse sea salt To Taste
  Sweet butter 6 Tablespoon, softened (3/4 Stick)
  Chopped garlic 2 Teaspoon
  Brown mustard 1 Tablespoon
  Grated parmesan cheese 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Chopped fresh sage leaves 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)

Sprinkle both sides of the steaks with pepper and salt, pressing it into the surface. Grill steaks.

Meanwhile, in a medium bowl, mash butter, add garlic, mustard and Parmesan cheese. Fold in chopped sage.

Immediately after steaks come off grill, smear the tops with sage butter.
