Strip Loin Steaks
|Strip loin steaks||40 Ounce (4 Strip Loin Steaks, 8- 10 Ounce/ 250-300 Gram Each)|
|Butter||30 Milliliter (2 Tablespoon)|
|Onions||3 Medium, chopped|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), smashed and chopped|
|Chopped parsley||15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)|
|Raspberry wine vinegar||50 Milliliter (0.25 Cup)|
|Taco sauce||125 Milliliter (0.5 Cup)|
Preheat barbecue at HIGH.
Brush steaks with oil and place on hot grill.
Cook 8 to 10 minutes depending on taste.
Turn 3 to 4 times and season after searing.
Meanwhile, heat butter in saucepan.
Cook onions, garlic and parsley 3 to 4 minutes over low heat.
Add vinegar; cook 3 to 4 minutes over medium-high heat.
Season and stir in taco sauce; cook 2 to 3 minutes over low heat.
